How long does a valet take?
Valet durations vary by vehicle size and service level. Here's what to expect:
Basic Valet:
Small: approx. 2 hours
Medium: approx. 2¼ hours
Large / Prestige: approx. 2½ hours
4x4 / SUV: approx. 2¾ hours
Full Valet
Small: approx. 3 hours
Medium: approx. 3½ hours
Large / Prestige: approx. 4 hours
4x4 / SUV: approx. 4¼ hours
Heavily soiled or neglected vehicles may require extra time. We’ll confirm the estimated duration when we arrive.
What if my car is really dirty or hasn’t been cleaned in a while?
Don’t worry - we’re used to it! If any additional time is needed, we’ll discuss it with you before starting.
Do I need to be home during the valet?
As long as we have access to the vehicle and somewhere to plug in our equipment (if required), you don’t need to be in. Just make sure the keys are safely handed over or left as agreed.
What do I need to provide?
Nothing. We bring everything we need, including water, power, and equipment. All we ask is that there’s safe access to the car.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule easily online or by contacting us directly.
Is payment taken in advance?
Yes. Payment is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If you need to arrange an alternative payment method, please get in touch using the number or email address listed in the Contact Us section of the website.
Do you offer regular maintenance valets?
Yes. Many of our customers choose a monthly valet. Let us know if you'd like to set up a regular slot.
Do you clean sports or luxury vehicles?
Yes. We offer specialist care for high-end vehicles such as Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, McLaren and similar prestige models. Please select "Prestige" when booking so we can allow additional time and use tailored products and techniques suited to your vehicle.
